Hallo,

ich möchte mich kurz Vorstellen, bin heute das erste Mal hier im Forum aktiv. Ich habe vorab schon geschaut ob es zu meinem Problem schon etwas verwertbares gibt, leider ohne Erfolg. Sollte ich es übersehen haben, tut es mir leid und ich würde mich über ein Verweis freuen.

Ich habe folgendes Problem, ich nutze Windows Live Messenger seit einigen Tagen kann ich mich nicht mehr einloggen. Ich bekomme immer folgenden Fehlercode: 80072efd. Dieses Problem ist schlagartig aufgetreten ohne das ich etwas an meinen Einstellung verändert habe. Ich habe an nichts an den Ports oder den Proxyeinstellungen geändert. Auf meinem Rechner nutze ich auch keine Firewall nur die auf meinem Router. Da hat sich aber auch nichts an den Einstellungen geändert ist es für mich unverständlich wieso ich keine Verbindung aufbauen kann. Andere Messenger wie ICQ, Skpye oder Yahoo funktionieren ohne Probleme. Seltsam ist auch das ich keine Microsoft Internetseite die sich auf das Thema Windows Live Messenger bezieht öffnen kann. Jedes bekomme ich eine Fehlermeldung angezeigt.

Ich habe schon mehrmals Windows Live neu installiert oder ohne Erfolg. Ich habe im Internet habe ich unter folgender Adresse MSN Messenger: Fehlercode 80072efd - meet-teens Betrag zu diesem Thema gefunden. Ich habe alles wie beschrieben durchgeführt, leider ohne Erfolg.

Ich hoffe sie können mir weiterhelfen.

Entschuldige die späte Antwort, aber mir ist Dein Beitrag irgendwie durchgerutscht

Du hast so weit alles notwendige überprüft. Dein verlinkter Artikel aus dem anderen Forum macht so ziemlich alles, was nötig sein sollte.

Das scheint der Artikel zu sein, der auch hinter Deinem Link liegt:

Zum Hijackthislogbuch:
Solche Einträge kannst Du getrost löschen, solange "(missing file)" oder "(no file)" drin steht:

Ansonsten kann ich aber nichts entdecken, was auf eine Infizierung hindeutet (was aber nicht unbedingt was heißt)

Ansonsten fällt mir nur noch der MS Support ein:
Wenn Sie versuchen, Windows Live OneCare zu installieren, zeigen Sie Fehler-Code-14-80072EFD, 14-80072EE7 oder 14 - 80040111 an
Bei MS habe ich noch etwas gefunden, das sich aber auf Win2000 bezieht:
Der "ERROR_INTERNET_CANNOT_CONNECT" Fehler tritt bei dem Senden von Webanforderungen, indem Sie in Windows 2000 NTLM-Authentifizierung verwenden, auf


Nimm den nächsten Satz nicht zu ernst!!
Wie Dein Rechner bei den vielen Helperprogrammen (apple, adobe, quicktime, das Dellzeug, google...) überhaupt noch arbeiten kann wird mir aber ein Rätsel bleiben...
