Danach kommen lauter aneinander gereite Zahlen und Buchstaben.

Was heißt das? Diese Adresse habe ich nicht angeschrieben. Ist das eine harmlose Mail?

Loesche doch einfach alle Mails deren Absender du nicht kennst, oder nutze einen Spamfilter und markiere soche Mails als Spam.
Und befolge noch weniger was dort drinnen steht, denn dadurch kannst du dich dann wirklich infizieren. Ebenso Anhaenge einfach ignorieren...

Und schreibt dir mal ein Bekannter eine Mail in Englisch etc, dann frage ihn erstmal, ob er eine solche Mail dir gesendet hat.

Prinzipiell würde ich bei allen Mails, die in englischer Sprache sind erstmal vorsichtig sein. Ausser natürlich z.B. Newsletter von englischen Seiten, die Du selbst bestellt hast. In diesem Fall ist es mehr als spanisch, weil ein deutscher Webmail-Anbieter Dir keine Nachrichten in englischer Sprache zuschickt.
Anhänge sind immer mit Vorsicht zu geniessen, grade wenn man im Text explizit dazu aufgefordert wird sie zu öffnen.
Solche Sachen wandern bei mir ungelesen in den Ornder "gelöscht".
