PC stürzt bei PC spielen ab

Hallo Leute,

ich habe ein Problem mit meinem Computer und ich hoffe dass ihr mir vielleicht helfen könnt und das ich hier richtig poste.

Und zwar hab ich das Problem das bei machen Spielen mein PC abstürzt, also Monitor wird schwarz, die kleine Lampe wird orange und auf dem Bildschirm steht „kein Signal“. Dies passiert auch nicht bei allen Spielen. Z. B. L4D, Half Life 2, Farcry2 und GTA IV funktionieren ohne abstürze. Bei Anno1404 und Call of Duty MW2 siehts schon wieder anders aus , seltsam ist auch das der Ton weitergeht, zwar nicht bei Interaktionen aber die Hintergrundmusik geht normal weiter, also kein stocken oder so….
Nach dem Neustart hatte meine Grafikkarte laut Everest Home 50°, mein CPU knapp 51° und mein Netzteil hatte Gefühl wahrscheinlich auch dieselbe Temperatur. Kann es daran liegen?

Mein System:
Windows XP Service Pack 3
AMD Phenom X4 Black Edition 9950 (2,6Ghz)
Motherboard: Gigagyte GA-MA790X-DS4
9800GTX+ (512mb)
Und 4Gb Ram, es werden aber nur 3,5 erkannt

Könnt ihr mir bitte weiterhelfen? Weiss nicht woran es liegen kann

Hi,

die Temperaturen sehen normal aus, glaube nicht das es daran liegt.

Ich denke eher das es am Grafikkartentreiber liegt. Mal den aktuellen Treiber installiert?

Hi,

danke für die Antwort aber ich habe gestern erst den neuen Grafikkartentreiber (Version 195,62) installiert. ich denk nicht das es daran liegt..

Oder kann es sein das meine Grafikkarten nicht genügend Strom vom Netzteil bekommt??

genau weiss ich das nicht da ich den PC in einem PC laden zusammengebaut lassen haben, aber auf der Rechnung steht "ATX 550W" und auf dem Netzteil selbst "Model: VGAPOWER 550W" oder kann man das sonst noch ihrgendwo sehen??

Auf dem Netzteil befindet sich ein großer Typenaufkleber, auf dem genaue Daten stehen. Du könntest den Aufkleber mal abfotografieren (Digicam) und das Foto mal hier hochladen.

Digicam hatte ich grad nicht zur Hand, deswegen habe ich die Daten kurz abgetippt (siehe Anhang).

Wie meist du das mit Speichermodule?

RAM? Da hab ich lt Everst 2x 2 GB DDR2-800 DDR2 Sdram (5-5-5-18 @ 400MHz) (4-4-4-13 @ 270 MHz)

oder Festplatten? Da habe ich nur eine SAMSUNG HD403LJ (400 GB, 7200RPM, SATA-II) [in 2 Partitionen aufgeteilt]und noch eine externe Festplatte

Oder doch was anderes?

Also zum Netzteil kann ich nur so viel sagen, dass es ein Billig-Teil ist. Eine einzige 12V-Leitung mit 22A entspricht einer Leistung von 264 Watt. Über diese Leitung werden der Prozessor, die Grafikkarte, sowie weitere Komponenten versorgt. Der Prozessor schluckt schon bis zu 125 Watt, die Grafikkarte ebenfalls bis zu 125 Wat. Da wären wir bereits bei 250W unter Volllast. Dazu gesellt sich noch die Festplatte mit ca. 8-10W, sowie ein DVD-Laufwerk mit ca. 9W. Das Netzteil sollte sicherlich kaum einen Wirkungsgrad von 80% erreichen, wodurch die maximal mögliche Leistung weit unter den 264 Watt liegen dürfte.
Du wirst daher ein neues Netzteil brauchen.

Unter genauen Angaben zu den Speichermodulen verstehe ich folgendes:

Diese Angaben findet man direkt auf dem Typenaufkleber auf den Modulen, oder man liest dies unter Windows mit CPU-Z aus.

Und das hast du alles am Typenschild gesehen Also kann das doch am Netzteil liegen das mein Pc bei aufwendigen Spielen Abstürzt?

Ich habe mit dieses CPU-Z geladen und istalliert, aber wie finde ich die Infos die du brauchst? Bin da nicht so ganz fit drin

Ja, die Informationen kann man von dem Typenaufkleber des Netzteils ablesen. Netzteile mit nur einer 12V-Schiene sind billig und taugen in der Regel nichts.
Meistens handelt es sich auch noch um passiv PFCs, die ihre Ausgangsleistung nicht regeln können und zudem über einen schlechten Wirkungsgrad weit unterhalb von 80% verfügen.

Das kann ich leider nicht sagen, da ich den PC zusammengebaut haben lasse...... Oder gibs da auch programme wo man das nachsehen kann? Wahscheinlich nicht oder?

Ich weiss nur das bei den Speichermodulen was gemacht worden ist, damit Windows XP von 4GB Ram, 3,5GB erkennt.

Ja, das kann man. Mit CPU-Z kannst Du die aktuellen Timings der Module nachschauen.

Ich weiss zwar nicht, was man Dir hier für Unfug erzählt hat, aber bei den Speichermodulen kann man hier nichts machen, denn der maximal ansteuerbare Arbeitsspeicher wird durch das Mainboard und die verbauten Steckkarten im PC begrenzt. Den meisten Einfluss darauf haben Grafikkarten. Je mehr Grafikram auf einer Grafikkarte verbaut ist, umso weniger Arbeitsspeicher kann angesprochen werden.

Wieviel von den 4GB unter einem 32 Bit System verfügbar ist, hängt eben von der verwendeten Hardware ab. Je mehr Steckkarten und Onboard-Komponenten im PC sind, desto weniger RAM kann das System unter 32 Bit adressieren, da unterhalb der 4GB Speicherbereiche für die Ansteuerung von PC-Komponenten (PCI, PCIe, AGP) reserviert werden. Erst dann kann man volle 4GB nutzen.

Nein, wenn es um die Timings geht.
Bei 533MHz, also DDR2-1066 sieht es eben so aus:
CAS# Latency (CL) 5.0 clocks
RAS# to Cas# Delay (tRCD) 5 clocks
RAS# Precharge (tRP) 5 clocks
Cycle Time (tRAS) 15 clocks
Bank Cycle Time (tRC) 22 clocks
Command Rate (CR) 2T

Diese Einstellungen stimmen also mit denen des EPP im SPD-ROM der RAMs.
Allerdings solltest Du hierfür die Spannung im BIOS des Mainboards auf 2,1V (RAM Voltage) einstellen, da die wenigsten Mainboards das von Haus aus richtig tun.

Sollte das System dann immer noch nicht richtig laufen, dann würde ich den Speicher heruntertakten, die Spannung auf 1,8V setzen und die Timings folgendermassen einstellen (auch im BIOS):
DRAM Clock 400MHz (DDR2-800)
CAS# Latency (CL) 5.0 clocks
RAS# to Cas# Delay (tRCD) 5 clocks
RAS# Precharge (tRP) 5 clocks
Cycle Time (tRAS) 18 clocks
Bank Cycle Time (tRC) 23 clocks
Command Rate (CR) 2T

Diese Einstellungen würden auch der JEDEC-Norm entsprechen und sollten problemlos funktionieren. Der einzige Nachteil ist, dass der Speicher nicht mehr so schnell ist, was sich allerdings nur sehr sehr wenig auf die Gesamtperformance auswirkt und daher vernachlässigbar ist.

Ein neues Markennetzteil würde ich Dir trotzdem empfehlen.

Also liegs am Speicher das der PC bei manchen Spielen abstürzt??

Ok, also muss ich was im BIOS einstellen, Problem ist nur, das ich mich noch NIE an den BIOS rangewagt habe....

Muss ich nicht beim PC hochfahren eine bestimmte Taste drücken? Kannst du mir da ne kurz Anleitung geben

Als Netzteil kann ich Dir das BeQuiet! Straight Power E7 600W für 99,90.-€ empfehlen.

Eine Anleitung zum Einstellen der RAM-Parameter speziell für Dein Mainboard kann ich Dir leider nicht geben, da ich das Mainboard leider nicht zur Hand habe und daher auch keine Screenshots vom BIOS machen kann. Ich könnte Dir evtl. nur ein paar Angaben dazu mit Bildern vom Asus P5Q Pro, oder dem Asus P5E WS Professional machen.
Fraglich hierbei ist, ob die Optionen beim Gigabyte Board an den gleichen Stellen im BIOS unter den gleichen Bezeichnungen zu finden sind.

Gibt es den dort spezielle Begriffe nach den ich suchen kann; wie Ram oder so?
Und im Bios kann ich mich doch einfach umsehen ohne was kaputt zu machen oder? Also wenn ich nichts ändere?

Ich weiss wirklich nicht, unter welchen Menüs Gigabyte diese Optionen bei diesem Mainboard untergebracht hat, daher kann ich Dir keine genauen Angaben dazu machen.

Vielleicht helfen Dir aber die BIOS-Screenshots von meinem P5E WS Pro.
(Einstellungen für Corsair DIMM 4 GB DDR2-1066 Dominator EPP Kit (TWIN2X4096-8500C5DF, Dominator Serie)) --> die Timings entsprechen denen Deiner Module.
