last night suddenly one USB port on my motherboard stopped working, I re start windows still same problem then i interchanged mouse and keyword then mouse stoped working before that keyword stopped in that port, I think usb port is dead but ther three port working fine

Whats your problem, if you still have enough working USB-Ports?
Sometimes something gets broken

But you could try something. Put your computer off and disconnect the power cable. Wait for a few minutes. After that maybe it will work again...
