You can post your .bmp image (other images, like .jpg, .gif etc. too) by the [IMG] command.
Example: [IMG] http://www.my-bmp-image.bmp.com [/IM].

Note: The last "G" in the image command is omitted, otherwise the software would try to activate the command automatically. Therefore, by using this command, you'll have to include the "G".

For the future, please try to write in German. Many users are unable to understand the English language.
